Are you passionate about making a difference through your work in the field of vaccination? An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented Vaccine Sales Representative. The Vaccine Sales Representative is an essential member of the customer-facing team and plays a pivotal role in supporting our companies customer-centric business model. We are looking for three new Team Members who will be working field based in the North, Center or South of Portugal. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging available data to understand and address customer needs, enhance the customer experience, and promote better health outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients. You will join a highly motivated, empathetic, and inclusive team committed to the noble goal of improving global health through vaccination initiatives.

We are seeking an individual who is adaptable, curious, and enthusiastic about overcoming new challenges. Above all, we are looking for a self-motivated individual, driven by a passion for excellence in customer relations and execution. You recognize the value of teamwork and possess strong communication skills.

Main role and responsibilities:
- Deliver life-changing products with a cool head for business and a burning desire to succeed
- Able to perform under a competitive and constantly changing environment, with a great sense of autonomy and responsibility.
- Use data and demonstrate ability to understand complex account interdependencies to develop a team-based short- and long-term account plans, strongly executing it.
- Internally Ideate & collaborate, Externally, demonstrate value to our stakeholders and execute solutions that address unmet medical needs
- Adequately prepare/study information concerning advances in science, specifically in vaccines.
- Within select customer accounts, act as primary point of contact for customer, meet with key customers to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers /network structure, customer needs and identifies business opportunities.
- Engage in informed discussions about products with HCP customers – knowing when/how to seek and provide additional information. Communicate about product in a way that's meaningful and relevant to each individual customer; customize discussions and client interactions based on the understanding of customer's needs.
- Drive growth while maintaining a responsible and sustainable business, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Simplify cross-enterprise collaboration, ensuring that resources are deployed against the highest-impact areas. Proven capacities of negotiating skills and flexibility, without compromising targets.
- Embed a digital, data and analytics mindset in the new commercialization model.
- Identify and prepare innovative & compliant plans to address customer needs.

Your profile: 
- Bachelor’s in science
- Commercial experience in pharma Business would be preferred 
- Impeccable ethical behaviour and speak-up level.
- Prioritization skills. Results orientation. Habit of continuous studying
- Analytical skills to leverage an informed decision-making process
- Innovative mindset; use digital, data and analytics to perform in a hybrid business model.
- Demonstrates high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Ability to work as a “One Team” approach
- Good level of English
