As Vaccines Activation Manager within our Czech Republic Team, you will be responsible for goals realization within wholesalers, pharmacies/pharmacy chains, Medical Centers, Municipalities, Army institutions and other customers defined based on current needs and strategy.

Main responsibilities:

Build and maintain a database of key customers (hospitals, large companies) in the assigned region.Foster strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal access to Sanofi products and achieve sales goals.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to clients, driving the achievement of product and sales targets.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for Sanofi within the assigned region.Execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to meet planned objectives.Lead negotiations with hospital management, heads of pharmacies, and HR representatives to secure favorable outcomes.Organize and conduct business meetings, providing regular feedback and reports to direct supervisors through the MI system.Continuously assess client sales potential and analyze results, ensuring consistent progress toward goals.Regularly review regional performance, proposing necessary actions to maintain growth.Plan and deliver seminars for key customers to build stronger partnerships and expand opportunities.Conduct regular sales analysis and maintain strict cost control measures.Manage allocated investments judiciously and record them accurately.Ensure the responsible use and maintenance of company materials and tools, following prescribed documentation protocols.Submit monthly service expense reports on time, adhering to payment principles.

About you
 Experience:2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industryIn-depth understanding of the market, customers and their needs, competition and future trends, and good understanding of our value chainSolid experience in the Pharmaceutical industry additionally with vaccines business modelEducation:University degree ( Batchelor or Master)Skills & competencies: take data-driven decisions based on customer needsmanage relationships across various stakeholdersact proactively, thinking out of the box and seeking innovative solutionscreate and implement action plans on agreed strategyResult orientation: combine strong skills and robust experience with high level of energy, entrepreneurial approach and collaborative spirit to revert in positive the continuous evolving environmentCustomer oriented: to understand customer perspective, build win-win relartions, seeking feedback from customers to improve relations and udnerstand needsListening, resilience, persistence, influence, credibilityNegotiation skills notably with existing external partnershipsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as influence, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsWillingness to travelLanguages: Fluent in Czech and advanced in English
