Summary:

Park and retrieve vehicles for hotel/casino guests in a safe and efficient manner. Greet and welcome guests to the property, assisting them in and out of their vehicles, as necessary.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner ensuring the utmost in vehicle safety Greet guests upon arrival and answer questions they may have, including information regarding property products, services and/or events Assist guests in and out of their vehicles, as necessary Verify with guests if they are checking-in while inquiring if assistance with luggage is needed Walk around the vehicle and document any existing damage on the key packet Accurately issue tickets, ensuring the guests’ keys are properly logged and secured Assist with loading and unloading luggage for guests, as necessary Ensure vehicles are locked and secure while in the possession of the property Work in the Key Booth as needed Ensure property driveways are kept clear and clean Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees Perform other duties as assigned
