THE JOB:

As a Valet Attendant, your warm smile and exceptional service will create the first impression for our guests. By understanding their individual stories and needs, you will ensure their experience starts with a WOW moment, setting the tone for unforgettable memories that will last long after their visit.

STARTING RATE: $12 an hour, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance, providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services.

Collect vehicle claim checks and promptly retrieve guests’ vehicles upon their departure.

Aid guests requiring special accommodations.

Report any issues or potential problems to security or your immediate supervisor to prevent traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance.

Help regulate vehicle movement and flow to avoid traffic congestion.

Answer guests' questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and local attractions.

Resolve guest issues within your authority, referring more complex problems to the supervisor on duty.

Report any alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation.

Assist bell persons with luggage movement as needed.

Perform other job-related duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

One (1) year of experience in guest service.

Proficient in driving manual/stick shift vehicles.

Previous experience in valet services is a plus.

Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Able to work comfortably in various weather conditions, including heat.
