Bell/VanDo you like to be on the move vs. tied to one location? Do you like to smile and say "hi, how might I help you today?" Do you like the idea of helping guests with their luggage and/or driving them to locations around town? If so, the role of Bell Person/Van Driver is for you. In the role of Bell Person and Van Driver, you will Be the Smile that Greets the Guest -- offer a warm welcome, say good morning, open a door, ask how you might help. Be the Hands that Help - open doors, assist with luggage, help guests to the front desk, take luggage to/from their room, offer insights about your hotel, its amenities or the local area. Be the Guests Local Source of Transportation -- combine your excellent motor vehicle skills with your knowledge of the local area to drive passengers safely to and from your hotel to their destination. Ensure the hotel van is clean and ready to go including having a full tank of gas. Report any vehicle maintenance issues to management. Help Where You Can -- keep your hotel entry area clean and tidy, help guests with special requests, make room deliveries, notify management or maintenance of any issues you observe. Be a Safety & Security Agent -- follow your hotel's established safety and security policies & procedures. Anticipate problems and call management as needed.
