SUMMARY:

Greet guests as they arrive and leave the property. Work closely with Valet staff to ensure timely and efficient drop off and pick up of guest vehicles. Accurately file guest vehicle keys ensuring they will be readily available for Valet Attendant retrieval.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately issue and retrieve parking tickets for hotel/casino guestsReceive keys from Valet Attendants and ensure they are properly storedEnsure all information written on key packets is complete and legibleEnsure keys and tickets are ready for Valet Attendant to retrieve vehiclesMaintain transaction logMonitor inventory of supplies, assist with ordering, and restock items as neededAnswer phone and assist accordinglyEnsure the Valet booth remains organized, clean, and water dispenser is properly maintainedProvide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employeesPerform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Must be at least 18 years of agePrevious experience performing same or similar job duties preferredAbility to remain organized and calm in a fast paced environmentPrevious experience working in a team or group environmentAble to write legibly on a consistent basisHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
