About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Valet Supervisor to oversee valet operations at our luxury high-rise condominium. This position ensures exceptional service standards, efficient workflow, and team leadership.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nSupervise valet team and daily operations.\nTrain and mentor staff on safety and customer service protocols.\nMonitor parking areas and ensure proper vehicle handling.\nHandle resident and guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.\nMaintain accurate records of tickets, fees, and staffing schedules.\n\n Requirements

Qualifications:

\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; additional leadership training preferred.\n2+ years of valet or hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.\nStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.\n\n

Physical & Working Conditions:

\n\nFrequent standing, walking, and outdoor activity.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n
