Validation Analyst- Charlotte, NC W2 Only

Our client in the banking and finance industry is seeking a Validation Analyst to join their team. As a Validation Analyst, you will be part of the Callback team responsible for performing request validations for corporate customers. The ideal candidate will have strong client service skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and experience in UAT testing.
**Job Title:** Validation Analyst
**Location:** Charlotte, Uptown
**Pay Range:** $29/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Receive requests from internal teams and validate authorization ability
+ Perform authentication procedures
+ Confirm wire instructions
+ Close out requests and note actions
+ Ensure proper handling of escalated requests
+ Participate in monthly regression testing once new updates are released on internal systems
+ Collaborate with partners to solve any complex issues
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong client service skills or call center operations experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables/ VLOOKUPs)
+ Experience in UAT testing (has participated in regression testing)
+ Empathy
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Organizational skills
+ Multi-tasking
+ Strong verbal communication skills
+ Banking and/ or finance experience is strongly preferred
