Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The advance engineer who will be responsible for all validation & verification activies for Infotainment and Cockpit Electronics Products. 

Responsibilities:

Development & execution of test cases related to IVI for different features such as Media, BT, Tuner etc.Requirement analysis, change request analysisTesting plan for teamEstimations for testing activitiesTask assignment & tracking for team membersMentorship to the junior members in teamShould able to perform PEER reviewsShould be able to discuss technically with customerContinues improvement mindset.Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

Degree in the field of Engineering or Electronics/Computer ScienceProfessional working experience in testing, validation and verification of in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) systems combined with strong general knowledge of testing in the automotive domainGood experience in analyzing the requirements on different levels (ex- Sys, SW, Component level), hands on experience of different testing techniques (Unit, Integration, System testing) and good experience in integration testing, Automation & Manual testingPyhthon script knowledge is must to automate the test cases for SW testing and experience in test case development in JIRAKnowledge of HW set up of Infotainment ECU, CAN, UDS, vector tools, CANalyzer, CANoe etc.Knowledge on different HWs as DSO, Function generator, Analog & digital IP/OpsExoerience with  ASPICE & SDLC, Agile process etc. and JIRAGood communication skills combined with an agile Scrum mindsetWhat we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.  We are the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, employing more than 157,000 people in more than 40 countries which makes a lot of opportunity for career development. We welcome energetic and agile people who can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
