Job Summary: The Validation Inspector is responsible for performing detailed measurements and inspections to support product validation during new mold launches and engineering changes. This role ensures parts meet all dimensional and quality requirements before production release. The Validation Inspector works closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain compliance with customer specifications and internal standards. Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm Key Responsibilities: Complete daily tasks in accordance with Intertech’s Policies and Procedures • Complete daily tasks in accordance with safety rules and regulations • Perform inspection duties utilizing engineering drawings and history files, inspection, work instructions, technical specifications, QA procedures and instructions, and other related documents • Support and follow all ISO 13485 standards • Identify and report non-conforming material and product • Understand and apply product traceability • Perform preliminary and progressive production inspections, verify functional operation, final inspections, and verify paperwork • Skilled at conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance • Investigate or report questionable inspection results • Verify and document specified manufacturing process steps • Perform conformity/first article inspections to ensure compliance • Perform area inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications • Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel • Perform general 5S activities daily • Ability to work independently • Demonstrate ability to read, understand, interpret and implement technical procedures and work instructions. • Able to retrieve information, train and transfer knowledge to team members • Take ownership of working area and implement improvements with minimum supervision On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, Colorado location.
