Validation Lab Assistant
The Validation Lab Assistant will be responsible for the efficient and effective coordination and execution of administrative tasks related to the Confidence Validation Service in the America`s and any additional task that may be assign by management. The holder of this position will oversee the tasks required of the Head of Sub-Function and their team. The goal is to provide support to the team members so that administrative tasks are taken care of to allow the manager and / or team to focus on their key responsibilities and deliverables. Grow with us- Your Responsibilities & Tasks: + Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, managing logistics for both on-site and virtual gatherings + Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, presentation materials, and distribution of meeting minutes + Ensure confidentiality in managing sensitive information and maintain the security of team records and files + Provide comprehensive assistance for projects undertaken by the team or manager, enhancing overall operational efficiency + Assist with travel arrangements and expense claims and associated requirements to ensure the Team members are provided with everything required for their business trip + Perform documentation review + Perform formulations for media preparation, product reconstitutions and/or product formulation + Follow procedures and have knowledge in cGXP What will convince us- Qualification & Skills: Education/Qualifications & Skills: + Bachelor's degree in science or related field is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharma, bio pharma or medical device industry. + Proven effective administration and organizational skills + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal + Fluent in English and Spanish + Ability to deal with all levels of employees within the business + Ability to deal with suppliers + Good problem-solving skills + Fast learner, proactive and self-starter + Proven software skills in Microsoft Office and computerized system What We Offer: + Paid vacation and sick leave + 14 paid holidays annually + Impressive campus: Located on 219,000 square meters, our campus is home for more than 1,000 employees. + We offer an open-office concept, a spacious outdoor area, conference areas and a development center. + Medical, Dental and Vision insurance along with Company Retirement Plan + On-site cafeteria and coffee shop + On-site occupational health offices including Laboratory Services & Doctors Driving our future growth requires talented people.
