As a leading developer, manufacturer, and global supplier of scientific laboratory products for 100 years, Corning’s Life Sciences segment collaborates with researchers seeking new approaches to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and compress timelines in the drug discovery process. Key Responsabilities Develop validation master plans & Prepare validation or performance qualification protocols for new or modified manufacturing processes, systems, or equipment for medical related production. Define samples size of raw materials, or intermediate and finished products for validation testing. Analyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria or to identify root causes of production problems. Prepare detailed reports or design statements based on results of validation and qualification tests or reviews of procedures and protocols. Assist in training equipment operators or other staff on validation protocols and standard operating procedures. Experiences/Education - Required Knowledge of creation validation’s MVPs & protocols. Use of MiniTab or other data analysis software. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture. Ability to interact effectively with internal groups to assure works gets done effectively and efficiently. Ability to work under certain pressure selforiented and self-motivated. Willing to take challenge. Experience with medical and Laboratory devices. (Plus)Industrial Engineer or related.
