Our 12-week summer engineering opportunity offers candidates working toward their Engineering degree exposure to a variety of assignments which could include: New Product Development, verification & validation, quality engineering, product design, test, and analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for all or portions of the Design Verification Plan on key projects for the company. _This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive._ **Where is the work:** This position has been designated as On-Site in our Bloomington, MN facility.  **What you will bring:** ** ** We are looking for performance-driven, innovative leaders who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus. Alternatively, experience with 1D or 3D CAE modeling in classroom or professional settings. **Compensation:** Base Pay Range: $24.30/hr - $27.54/hr Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
