Thermo King has an opportunity for a Verification & Validation Engineering Intern, which provides current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders, and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer engineering opportunity offers candidates working toward their Engineering degree exposure to a variety of assignments which could include: New Product Development, verification & validation, quality engineering, product design, test, and analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for all or portions of the Design Verification Plan on key projects for the company.

+ Pursuing a bachelors-level Engineering or Engineering Technology Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive. 3 rd -year (junior year) status by the start date and a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 is preferred; however, equivalent professional or internship experience will also be considered.
+ Classwork and hands-on experience in areas like HVAC, automotive, test labs, or similar.
+ Experience with measurement systems and devices, including uncertainty analysis and test planning in classroom or professional settings. Alternatively, experience with 1D or 3D CAE modeling in classroom or professional settings.
**Compensation:**
Base Pay Range: $24.30/hr - $27.54/hr
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.
