For our expanding Warsaw-based VAST (Valuation Advisory Support Team) business line we are looking for you as a Valuation Analyst.

What this job involves:

The Valuation Analyst shall perform the following tasks:

The role will provide support to our Polish Valuation teamsSupport functions shall include:filling in pre-defined valuation report templates and calculation models for various real estate sectors,data analysis including property related documentation such legal (deeds, perpetual books), cadastral extracts & maps, master plan, property taxeslease agreement analysis,preparation of extracts from technical documentation (architectural & construction descriptions etc.)research of an external data sources in compliance with our data license agreementsWill work closely through video conference, phone and email correspondence with Polish valuation team members on a project / research / report writing / modellingProperty drive-by inspections

Desired skills, experience and other requirements for this job

Very good communication skill is required for the role in both Polish and EnglishGood interpersonal skills to manage a diverse requirement of the valuation teamAbility to analyse documents such as land registers, development plans, contracts, etc.Ability to fill in report and calculation templates timely and preciselyShould be proficient in MS Word and MS ExcelA good eye for detail, accuracy, and reliabilityPrevious working experience in terms of real estate report writing and modelling highly appreciatedCandidates experienced or interested in valuation profession i.e. to become licensed valuer are preferredResidence in Warsaw preferred but not required
