Job Description:

Focused team player in the Valuation Services practice to assist with delivery on client engagements and collaborate with other Crowe practices to build cross-functional relationships. This individual must have the ability to multi-task between several projects under coaching/supervision of managers. There is a heavy emphasis on depository institutions (banking industry).

Minimum 2-3.5 years of experience is required

Prepare initial setup or updates of financial models, with a primary focus on credit loss models for loans of financial institutions

Assist internal teams (primarily audit teams) across Crowe with quantitative derivation for the estimation of loan portfolio credit loss, in accordance with the Current Expected Credit Loss (\"CECL\") standard utilizing Crowe’s Credit360 platform and documenting testing results

Translate client data for application and use in Crowe’s models and analysis tools

Assist in aggregation of data and observations relating to CECL models

Assist in enhancements of Crowe’s Credit360 platform based on observations from using the platform

Role Capabilities and Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field required

Interest in credit risk modeling, with a focus on depository institutions

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication skills

Ability to work well in a team environment
