About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Valuations Coordinator in Asset Monitoring Borrowing Base Team as part of Wholesale Lending Operations division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

This position is responsible for Asset Based Lending analysis, including but not limited to accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as credit insurance common to asset-based lending.

In this role, you will:

Perform valuation reviews to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policyEvaluate and decision collateral for moderately complex consumer requestsSuspend collateral decision until deficiencies are resolvedReview and decision of collateral valuationsAssist with the calculations and preparation of reports for reviewsInteract daily with internal and external partners to clarify quality concerns identified during the review processProvide guidance to less experienced staffInteract with organizational department on a wide range of knowledgeInteract with internal or external customers in a customer support role

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Pipeline managementAbility to review and interpret complex commercial loan documentsAccounting or finance experience.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong Microsoft Excel skillsGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBasic Microsoft Word, and Outlook skills
