Powers Health is hiring a Value Analysis Analyst in our Materials Management Department!

Job Description:

Supports the value analysis process to provide high quality, efficient and cost-effective products and services. The position will support the establishment and adherence to a streamlined method for standardizing and monitoring product/service selection, utilization and costs. Assists in providing clinical, strategic and analytical expertise that facilitates supply expense management while continuously improving all processes that support patient care, education and research. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with Purchasing, Clinical staff,  Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, & Data Management. 

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in related field. 3-5 years of supply chain product analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to perform VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables preferred Ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw conclusions Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Understands the inner workings of supply chain activities Excellent written and oral communication skills Critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, project management, strategic planning, quality assurance, continuous improvement skillsets required Knowledge of Healthcare terminology & Group Purchasing Organizations preferred Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP eoftware experience preferred
