Build and implement market access and pricing strategies and be responsible for reimbursement submissions and approvals for assigned Sanofi products
Adjust and implement global access strategies to meet market needs and support the localization of health economic assessments for Denmark as part of overall Market Access strategyLocal HTA dossier preparation, data gap analysis, product value proposition tailoring for payers - and close monitoring and coordination of all steps during the HTA process.Plan and execute the creation, collection and utilization of real world evidence according to project specific needs (eg. from existing registries, biobanks as applicable to support ongoing and future projects)Establish strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Ensure decision makers and external stakeholders (e.g. Medicinrådet, Amgros, Patient Associations and Key Opinion Leaders) understand the localized value proposition of assigned products and drive the communication with them.Engage in Market access activities with external stakeholders to shape and validate local value argumentation and tactics to implement it.Establish and maintain networks with Sanofi global and regional market access/pricing/health economics teams, contribute to overall market access strategy & deliverables required to meet local needs.Act as key access contact for assigned products, conduct internal reviews and ensure required approvals are in place, participate in regional/global Market Access initiatives and projects to represent the country.Consolidate and provide superior insight about market access environment and competition across the organization and with external stakeholders
Actively support local/regional brand team work & brand strategy development by providing insights to optimize business opportunitiesTrack and follow up changes in the competitors’ intelligence process and operational environment, both short- and long-term perspective.Pricing and portfolio management related tasks
Manage and support internal price approvals, reference price management, database updates as needed.Represent access team in portfolio management related workflows as neededAbout YouTo excel in this role you will need to have:
University degree preferably in health economicsSpecific health economic training (MSc/BSc in Economics or other relevant education)Experience working in a similar position in DenmarkVery good understanding of the market access environment, regulations, mainly TLV and payer needsStrong communication, negotiation and presentation skillsAnalytical and structured mindsetGood cooperation and teamwork skillsOral and written fluency in Danish and English#LI-EUR #LI-Hybri
