ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for two Value Access Managers (VAM) to join us at these exciting times.
As a Value Access Manager you will develop relationships with key partners in the NHS, remove barriers to patient access, and to collaborate internally across the business units to develop a cross-functional regional business plan. You will recognise and realise the full value Lilly’s promoted medicines represent in priority accounts across our metabolic markets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Be a subject matter expert on the NHS and Commercial environment in the health economy.Maintain a deep understanding of priority accounts: revenue sources, key customers, service structure & deliverables, competitors, financial goals, commissioning process, financial flows (as available from public sources), and objectives.Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and serve as primary point of contact for payers within key NHS organisations both nationally and locally.Develop a deep understanding of brand payer value propositions and the “toolkit” of Lilly resources.Develop priority account plans across each brand and ensure agreed local market access objectives are delivered.BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Strong leadership and ability to work across, and influence, a sophisticated range of internal & external stakeholders.Deep understanding of local policy and environmental trends that influence customer decision-makers.Business Acumen developed through strong analytical and business planning skills with high level of data /IT system use.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.MCE insights to identify how digital communication can be developed to support payers and patient access Ability to use and communicate SPIN, Strategic Account Management, Negotiation skills and other global VAM techniques.ABOUT YOU:
You are a strategic and commercially savvy leader with strong business acumen and integrity. Self-motivated and driven, you excel at removing barriers and crafting opportunities. With strong decision-making and critical thinking skills, you influence partners at all levels through compelling commercial narratives. Your experience in Sales, Market Access, or Key Account Management, along with project management and leadership expertise, equips you to make a significant impact.
