iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Value Proposal & Health Economics Lead VIE in our Commercial team you will support the Market Access Mexico cross-BU activities and the numerous upcoming product launches in Mexico.

Main responsibilities:

Support the development of local payer value propositions and business cases of prioritized products of the entire Sanofi Mexico portfolio, i.e. quantitatively and qualitatively assessing and/or demonstrating the clinical and economical worth of Sanofi products to drive reimbursement from the Mexican healthcare system.Support the Value & Access managers with analysis and information contributing to the access strategies (research, inventory, analysis, and prioritization of local and global guidelines & tools, along with scientific, clinical, political evidence and in-field visits) to stakeholders to optimize strategies and explore potential initiatives and opportunities.Provides inputs into product forecasts, including strategic, operational, and financial forecasting to unleash the potential of the portfolio. Alongside with Medical team, support the creation of integrated evidence generation plan (iEGP) align with business strategies and based on current data gaps and needs to demonstrate, maximize and protect the value of prioritized strategies and products. In close collaboration with the Health Economic & Outcome Research (HEOR) team, develop and adapt Health Economics tools based on national and international data and scientific publications to provide data-driven insights to support value messages and commercial strategies for Mexico.

About you

Experience:

1+ year of professional or apprenticeship experience in one or several fields among Health Economics, Consulting, Healthcare, Finance, Business Analysis, Pricing, Market Access. Data management, modelling, and scientific evidence assessment experience would be an asset. 

Soft and Technical skills:

Previous experience with Excel Macros, programming, BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, AI project development/implementation will be considered as differential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Package. Ability to handle and simplify complex projects and initiatives within a corporate matrix organization with a strong analytical and strategic thinking mindset, while ensuring scientific and professional integrity. Teamwork-focus with strong transversal coordination and communication skills with different profiles (e.g. HEOR, medical, sales, marketing, trade, public affairs, commercial).Self-driven to take initiatives, self-learn, and challenge the status quo (“out of the box” way of thinking and working). Ability to prioritize results over activities and to prioritize emergencies with the capability to meet deliverables in time and quality. Strong customer service knowledge and orientation.

Education:

Master’s degree in dual scientific and business academic background (e.g. engineering, healthcare, public health or administration, business management, economics, health economics, digital/data analytics) would be a plus.

Languages:

Fluent English (written and verbal).Spanish would be an asset.
