Reporting to the ETO Value Stream Manager, as C-Ball Value Stream Leader you will be responsible for providing leadership for the activities and personnel in the assigned Value Stream to obtain a safe, efficient, productive, and economical manufacturing operation. You will be also accountable for the production schedules that achieve Planned Revenue, Labor Contribution Margins, On-Time Delivery, and Quality.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Create and fulfill the monthly and quarterly production schedules and targets for all Departments. Ensure manufacturing efficiency, dealing with issues and needs; Work closely with the different functions from quote to cash acting as a point of contact for C-Ball Value Stream; According to Operations Manager directions, carry out monthly production plan and corrective actions; Coordinate Assembling & Lapping activities, supporting Supervisor in defining the Production Plan, establishing work assignments and machining workload; Coordinate Testing activities, ensuring compliance with policies and on time delivery; Understand and insure compliance to all Quality Systems & controls in the manufacturing processes. Audit compliance to process control plans, and implement countermeasures as required (i.e.: restoration, waste, downgrading etc); Provide input for selection/maintenance of appropriate manufacturing equipment to ensure the most cost efficient solution is available within company budget guidelines; Supervise efficiency of different working center, suggesting improvements, in agreement with the Manager; Close relationship with Lean Leader to effectively develop profit improvement programs across the plant (i.e.: internal lead time reduction (Lean Manufacturing), standard work programs for every single productive shift etc); Relationship with Production Control to supervise Production work progress status; Promptly provides the Operations & ETO VS Manager with all information relating to production progress Promote and ensure safety culture. Partner with RSPP to investigate and resolve corrective actions. If necessary, provide effective cross training, defining ad hoc training programs; Coordinate functional Supervisors to achieve improvements in all Key Performance Indicators; Responsible for leading all aspects of the plant value streams, ensuring Company business goals; Organize, direct, and control the daily Operations and verify countermeasures applied by Team Leaders/Supervisors related to non-achieved targets; Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods; resolve and improve process capability and conformance to quality and personnel requirements; Follows the assigned budget, monitor it and actively propose savings activities. Working closely with Team Leader, coordinates Production and Maintenance activities, establishing any intervention priorities; Establish long term plans to achieve continuous improvement; Provide direction and oversight to 3rd party resources as needed (i.e.: visitor card, compliance with behavioral and safety rules, application of prevention and protection measures etc).Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Operations Fluent in English Previous experience in manufacture-to-order industry Knowledge of machining, fabrication and assembly operations and knowledge of steel production process Technical skills to understand process & product specifications Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and preferably MRP systemPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
