We are seeking a Value Stream Manager for Metso Turku’s factory. 

 

The Metso Ceramics unit in Turku manufactures high-tech ceramics for Metso filters. The plant covers 4,000 m2 and employs about 20 people. In addition to manufacturing filter plates, we actively develop new and existing products for the Filters Business.

 

 

What you’ll do 

 

Led and managed the Turku factory’s production team  Develop production by the operating principles of Lean Plan and lead the production so that financial, schedule, and quality goals, as well as customer satisfaction, are achieved

 

Who you are

 

 

Strong experience in leadership positions Experience in the industrial sector Proven track record in increasing factory/operations profitability Proactive and independent Strong team working skills The work is independent, but we do not want you to be a lonely rider. You work fluently in a production environment and are easily approachable to production employees and easy to work with Good communication skills in Finnish and English
