The Position
The Value Team Project Manager & Communication Specialist will be responsible for managing 50% project management activities and 50% visual communication and storytelling for the value team. They will play a pivotal role in creating visual materials, developing internal communication plans, and supporting the team in elevating their communication through creativity and visual storytelling.
This position will provide ample opportunities to learn and contribute to the value team's communication and project management activities and will suit individuals who thrive in a dynamic and creative work environment.
What will you do?
Work closely with the value team to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality results.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate project resources, track progress, and communicate project status to all stakeholders.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.Foster a team-oriented, collaborative working environment to achieve project milestones.Ideate, create, and edit content for various communication forums and channels such as SharePoint, newsletters, events, and meetings.Develop internal communication plans and visual materials to support employee engagement and simplify communication.Produce short, interactive videos and demos for products to engage and educate the audience.Design visually compelling one-pagers and marketing visuals/documents for different topics to resonate with the target audience.Support in preparing presentations for different topics, maintaining brand consistency and visual identity across all designs.Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
Proficiency in visual storytelling & video/gif production, using tools such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Strong understanding of visual communication design principles to create impactful visual materials.Experience with SharePoint page creation is preferable.Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, including senior leaders, and deliver results within narrow timeframes.High level of accountability, reliability, and initiative to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A creative mindset with the capability to simplify communication and reach a broader audience.What we offer:
