Ferguson is currently seeking a Valve Technician to join our Valve & Automation Team! If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new things every day & challenging your mechanical skill then this job is for you!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay: starting at $20 per hour or higher depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Assemble and build manual valves into automated valvesEvaluate valves for repair and qualify repair opportunitiesSupport our team in the field by performing fast turnaroundsMay be responsible for providing back-up driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

At least 1 years of valve technician experienceMust be at least 18 years of ageValid state issued license is requiredPrevious experience operating machinery for fabrication and the use of cutting and drilling materials preferredValve assembly and/or valve repair experience is a plusMust have excellent mechanical skills and willingness to learn new thingsDemonstrate basic math skills, ability to calculate quantities of product on handAbility to remain results-focused in a fast-paced customer service environmentBe a proponent of working in a safe environment and promote safety everyday

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
