Resilient Detail oriented Ambitious Demonstrate high integrity Support all Quality meetings and reviews at Plant (PIC, PQR, PRT, PCC, QCC, etc) Update quality reports for PQR, BCC, PCC Support warranty analysis and teardown Understand and drive key external indicators (R/1000) Support analysis of ECB claims and verbatims Assist teams in customer problem solving Link and help drive external to internal indicators Work with Plant teams identifying MFG processes affecting warranty Drive Critical-to-Quality elements and Blue-Q process Drive and validate MFG responsible BSAQ ICAs/PCAs/PRAs  Drive correct BSAQ binning and re-binning activities Communicate and interface with STA and PD teams on customer warranty Work with Launch and Plant teams on early launch warranty issues (EWRT)
