Your role: 

 

As a VAT Compliance Specialist for working our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation and submission of VAT Returns, EC Sales Lists, and other tax reports required by tax authorities. This includes the preparation and submission of INTRASTAT declarations. You will also be responsible for archiving tax documentation, such as declarations and reports, in accordance with adopted standards, rules, and conventions.
In this role, you will cooperate with tax authorities by providing answers to ongoing questions related to submitted returns and reports, and work closely with tax advisors to ensure compliance. You will prepare data for financial audits and be responsible for monitoring and reconciling VAT accounts.

Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and updating work instructions on an ongoing basis to ensure clarity and compliance with current processes. You will prepare data for migrations, transitions, and other Indirect Tax Team projects, supporting organizational changes and improvements. The role also involves preparing other reports and statements required by the Company to meet various business needs.

 

Who you are:

 

Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in Finance, preferably in VAT compliance.University degree in finance or finance related area.​​​​​​Proactive, with “can-do” attitude and strong attention to details.Ability to read and interpret tax regulations.Good knowledge of SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.​​​​​​Fluent English, other European launguage would be an advantage.
