VC Analytics & Insights Analyst

About this role:

As an Analytics & Insights Analyst, you will prepare detailed analysis, dynamic reporting/dashboards and derive actionable insights focused on Sales performance, earnings, awards for all business units across the organization. Additionally, A&I Analysts will present insightful analysis to Senior and OC level associates, audit and build dynamic data visualizations, resolve a variety of inquiries, and manage projects that improve processes and/or systems.

What you’ll do: 

Efficiently gather data, perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and succinctly communicate analyses in a language understood by business leaders across multiple disciplines within an organizationProvide reporting and detailed analyses to help business leaders make timely, fact-based decisionsUse multiple Business Intelligence tools to retrieve, cleanse, visualize and present dataPerform data and security audits to ensure processes allow for consistent and accurate reporting

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience3 years of experience in business intelligence or another business analytics roleSQL and Excel proficiencyGeneral understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Data Visualization concepts/toolsAbility to understand and articulate compensation plans and work with team to create accurate and efficient formulas and processesAbility to quickly master new and complex contentAbility to work with large quantities of detailed data from multiple sourcesStrong initiative and willingness to take on projects in proactive mannerAbility to adapt to a constantly changing environmentInterest in constant performance improvement and comfort with changeExcellent organization, prioritization & time management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 69,600 USD - 96,750 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
