Job Description:• Drive the Broadcom VMware virtualization platform forward with focus on vCenter builds and tooling
• Design, develop, and modify software systems to meet customer needs and company goals
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to multiple teams
• Act as technical lead for features in the builds/tooling area
• Contribute to software design, development, testing, and documentation
• Address customer or internally reported issues in the area of responsibility
• Collaborate in a large, geographically distributed environment
• Bachelor Degree and 12+ years of related experience OR
• Master Degree and 10+ years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $141,000 - $225,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
