Summary:
As the VCQ Lead, you will assist with coordinating and directing the Value Creation Program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. Develop and modify company quality systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records for VCQ documentation on the floorAssist VCQ team on the food safety and quality training programRemain current on all regulatory requirements and law changesUnderstand and execute FDA, ODA regulations H.A.C.C.P., S.S.O.P., COOL Act standardsMaintain knowledge on environmental and product microbiological testingProduct tracking and traceabilityProvide support on customer complaintsResponsible for achievement of quality department goals and objectivesAssist in all plant quality activitiesIdentify, investigate, and report on critical quality defects on production processes and products Document quality checks of product through the entire processPrepare and submit reports as requiredAnalyze product quality and take necessary actions during push list and throughout daily tasksConduct line level problem analysisPerform other duties, as assignedWhat You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required
Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of productsPreferred
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related fieldBilingual in Spanish, a plusTotal compensation:
