Summary: Seeking a VDC Modeler with expertise in Revit and experience in VDC/BIM modeling for electrical construction projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of full-time Revit use Minimum 2 years of experience in VDC/BIM modeling, preferably in electrical construction Electrical Journeyman License or Drafting Degree/Certificates preferred

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed 3D models for electrical systems Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve conflicts Create electrical design-build documents and prefabrication drawings Collaborate with VDC team, Project Managers, and Field Supervisors Utilize software like Navisworks, Revizto, BIMTrack, BIM 360 for model development Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training sessions

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection Familiarity with Revizto or BIMTrack for model collaboration Knowledge of Trimble or Point Layout Tools Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction practices

Pay Details: $30.00 to $48.00 per hour
