We are seeking a highly experienced Veeva QMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge in the architectural design, configuration, and implementation of Veeva QMS systems. This role requires a deep understanding of both the business and IT aspects of Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly in migrating data from TrackWise to Veeva QMS. The SME will play a critical role in responding to RFPs with technical approaches, crafting solution proposals, and leading significant implementation projects.
Role requires individual to go to offices in Boston area (hybrid)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• System Architecture and Configuration: Design and configure the Veeva QMS to meet client-specific requirements. Ensure the system architecture aligns with business processes and IT infrastructure. Optimize Veeva QMS settings for performance and scalability.
• RFP Response and Solution Proposal: Analyze RFPs to understand client needs and technical requirements. Develop comprehensive technical approaches and solution proposals. Articulate the benefits and features of the Veeva QMS solution effectively to potential clients.
• Data Migration & Interface design: Plan and oversee the migration of QMS data from TrackWise to Veeva QMS. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance during the migration process. Address technical challenges associated with data transformation and migration.
• Project Management: Lead large-scale Veeva QMS implementation projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals. Provide regular updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Train and support users in adopting new QMS solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management System implementations, with at least 5 years focused on Veeva QMS.
• Proven track record of successful Veeva QMS implementations and data migrations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to QMS in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in Veeva and Trackwise would be preferable

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 - $161,600.
