Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** We are looking for a Veeva Vault Consultant or a Developer who can provide support and migration services for the Development Cloud solutions of Veeva Vault (alternatively other products of the Veeva family). The Development Cloud is a suite of applications that helps life sciences companies streamline their clinical, regulatory, and quality processes. As a Veeva Vault Consultant/Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, configuration, and integration of the Development Cloud solutions with other systems and platforms Your responsibilities: * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Development Cloud solutions * Perform system administration tasks such as user management, security settings, workflows, reports, and dashboards. * Manage the migration of data and documents from legacy systems to the Development Cloud solutions, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance. * Coordinate with the Veeva Vault team and other stakeholders on a regular basis. * Maintain the system technical documentations, specifications, and procedures for the Development Cloud solutions. * Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of the Development Cloud solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience in Information Technology. * Experience in Veeva Vault administration, support, and migration is a plus. * Knowledge of the Development Cloud solutions and their functionalities, * features, and integrations. * Experience in data and document migration from legacy systems to Veeva Vault, * using tools such as Veeva Vault Loader. * Knowledge about REST APIs, SDKs, and web services. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Certification in Veeva Vault Administration and/or Development is required. * Fluent in English is a must.
