Vehicle Acquisition Internship - Summer 2025

The Vehicle Acquisition Intern will be exposed to real life work experience while providing administrative support to the Vehicle Acquisition and Incentive teams in the New Vehicle Acquisition (NVA) Department. The Vehicle Acquisition Intern will play a pivotal role in communicating with dealerships and tracking/updating the status of vehicles for our clients in our internal databases. This person will demonstrate a high level of customer service to internal and external customers, manufacturers, and dealers. This exciting opportunity will be located at our Fleet Operations Center at **2281 Ball Dr. in Maryland Heights, MO** . This is a hybrid position (minimum of 1-2 days a week in-office) with a schedule of Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) from May/June - August 2025 with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. **Company Overview** Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held, full-service fleet management business for companies, government agencies and organizations with medium-sized fleets. Not only is that great for business (as seen in our global growth and success) it’s also great for employees. **Responsibilities** + Deliver a consistent high level of customer service to internal and external customers, manufacturers, and dealers + Initial and follow up communication with dealerships via phone calls and emails + Confirm vehicle status with dealership and update internal EDGE database + Update training and reference tools for our Incentives team + Utilize EDGE database to show correct pricing and make adjustments as needed + Contact OEM for collection + Participate in department projects as needed _Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans_ **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Must be 18 years of age or older + Must be a Sophomore or above, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2025 semester in a College or University + Must have at least 3 months admin/clerical/office experience + Must have at least 6 months customer service experience + Must live in St. Louis, MO or an immediate surrounding county during Summer 2025 + Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week during May/June-August 2025 + Must be willing to accept $16.00 per hour + Must be able to meet the Work from Home technical requirements below + Experience with Microsoft Office products + Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future **Competency Based Qualifications:** + Executing + Customer Service + Detail-Oriented + Analyzing + Communication + Flexibility **Work from Home Requirements:** + Must have a permanent residence in state of Missouri + Must live in St. Louis or an immediate surrounding MO county for Summer 2025 + Have permanent residence with defined working space (home office, spare bedroom, etc.) that is clean, ventilated and quiet + Working space with working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit **Work from Home Technical Requirements:** + Computer running a mainstream supported version of Windows or MacOS (currently Windows 7+ or MacOS 12+) + Minimum of 4GB RAM (the cloud based system will use a minimum of 1G RAM) + Must have high-speed Internet connection provided by a cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite) with a minimum validated upload and download speed of 3Mb or greater (please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/ ) + Working web camera + Workstations should connect directly to the ISP router using an Ethernet cable (wireless connections are allowed but be aware of signal strength and interference) + Apple or Android smartphone is needed to download the Authenticator app (must be running a current mainstream supported operating system and Internet browser version) + Internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari + Anti-virus software must be installed and kept running at all times (included w/ Windows 10) + Operating system patches must be installed and kept up to date Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
