A Day in the Life:

The Vehicle Control Clerk (VCC) handles inbound and outbound calls for rentals with overdue rental contracts.

The starting pay for this role is $16.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

Professionally engage with customers via phone on inbound and outbound calls and email. Document all calls and contract notes within appropriate systems. Communicate with customers and other partners using a shared department inbox. Manage rental agreements as appropriate including: Processing rental extensions per customer request Contacting locations to close requests Closing rental agreements when all return information is complete Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer service or call center environment Moderate efficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to learns and achieve proficiency in new software applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate sensitive situations Strong organization and analytical skills Ability to work independently Bilingual is a plus
