Who we’re looking for

  

Toyota’s Boston Regional Office is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Vehicle Field Sales Administrator.

The primary responsibility of this role is to organize sales data, update and communicate sales reports to field team and dealerships, create accurate sales and inventory tracking reports, administer regional training enrollments, and assist with planning department events.

Reporting to the Vehicle Field Sales Manager, the person in this role will support the Boston Region's Sales field team and the department’s objective to achieve its sales and market share goals.

What you’ll be doing

The Vehicle Field Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales, Toyota Certified Used Vehicles, Rent a Toyota, and eCommerce Departments, serving as the producer and distributor of all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Specifically, this role will be responsible for the following Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Ad Hoc tasks:

What You Bring

Highschool/GED (or higher), or equivalent professional work experienceDemonstrated professional experience in administrative, analysis, and/or operations support roles, or bachelor’s degreeHighly proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to learn, understand, and use other Microsoft 365 apps such as Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDriveAbility to learn, understand, and use other applications such as Ariba, Toyota Sales Cube, IHS Polk Reporting, Tableau Reporting, Toyota Workout, NVS Rumba, etc. Project Management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize & meet deadlinesEffective verbal and written presentation and communication skillsDesire and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teamsAbility to work inter-departmentally with various levels of staff professionalsProactive approach with the ability to streamline processes and reportingStrong attention to detail and ability to be efficientStrong planning and organizational skills
