Vehicle Fleet Admin Sr (Coronado)
Tracks vehicle records including new and existing vehicles. Maintains accurate records of vehicles. Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations and files paperwork in support of this compliance. Schedules repairs or preventative maintains. Creates inspection schedules and ensures that they are kept. Performs work under general supervision. Typically requires BA and 2-4 years. **Responsibilities** + Is familiar with JLTV, GMV 1.1’s, M1113s, M1151s, M1165s M1152s, MRAPs (RG31, RG33 and MATV), ATVs, MRZR-A, MRZR-D, and other NSW specific vehicle platforms and power-driven equipment that may require Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Technical Manuals assigned to the designated SF Group. + Serves as the customer SME on all maintenance related issues. + Performs repairs and services at the Organizational and intermediate levels of maintenance for all FOSOV Program of Record (POR) equipment and NSW Specific vehicle platforms as required by the customer. + Performs all scheduled and routine unscheduled vehicle maintenance at the unit site and off site if deployed to another CONUS location. + Performs engine, transmission and electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic on assigned equipment to determine required repairs IAW applicable technical manuals. + Must be capable of replacing worn or broken parts such as piston rings, bearings or other engine parts that have become unserviceable on all types of FOSOV Program of Record (POR) vehicles. + Provides On Site Supervisor statues on M-W-F for Non-Mission Capable equipment. + Prepares Bi-Weekly FOSOV Report capturing daily work schedule tasks by Bumper #, Vin, Fault, and work performed. + Works with customer and submits SSAVIE parts request and tracks status. + Must possess an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) level of expertise on the GMV 1.1 M1288 platform with a minimum of one (1) year of direct support. + Must possess an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) level of expertise on the JLTV platform with a minimum of one (1) year of direct support. + Must have completed the 80 hour GMV 1.1 Maintenance class (with the approved POI) or be willing to attend course. + SME will manage and execute vehicle maintenance on the GMV 1.1s, JLTV’s and other FOSOV POR Vehicles. + SME’s are authorized to work on all PM FOSOV platforms, but the GMV 1.1 and the JLTV are their primary responsibility. + Perform repairs and services at the Organizational and Direct Support levels required to meet 10/20 Standards. **Qualifications** + Must be able of securing and maintain a secret clearance. + Must possess an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) level of expertise on the GMV 1.1 and the JLTV platforms with a minimum of one (1) year of direct support. + The applicant seeking the mechanic position must also have worked on the family military vehicles and have at least 5 years of hard maintenance experience. + Must be a U.S. citizen with an active security clearance SECRET level or higher. **Pay Range** 83,200 **Benefits** Regular - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits.
