Ed Morse is currently seeking an Vehicle Inventory Clerk  to join our team. 

Responsibilities Receive new vehicles from manufacturers or auctions, verifying details against purchase orders.Oversee dealer trade transactions, ensuring proper documentation and facilitating vehicle exchanges between dealerships.Receive new vehicles from manufacturers or auctions, verify details against purchase orders, and ensure accurate recording of VIN, condition, mileage, and pricing.Track and maintain accurate inventory records, including new, used, and loaner vehicles. Update inventory systems regularly to reflect new arrivals, sales, and transfers.Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Work with sales, finance, and other departments to reconcile any inventory-related issues.Track and manage floor plan payments, ensuring timely payments to manufacturers or auction houses. Keep accurate records of floor plan transactions and work with accounting to reconcile payments.Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking, and schedule vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, inspections, and related tasks. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience required.Automotive dealership experience is preferred.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and Word.Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and communicate clearlySuccessful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
