The Vehicle Logistics Professional is a member of the Logistic service provider development Team that is responsible in identifying, analyzing, and setting up of kaizen activities in vehicle logistics operation in yard, vessel, and car carrier operations.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management, logistics operations, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Your role and responsibilities:

Review standard process and ensure compliance with safety, quality and delivery lead of vehicles Spearhead incident/accident investigation, root cause analysis and countermeasures monitoring Perform internal risk management audit, review and audit of delivery routes, root cause analysis, hazard, and risk assessment Spearhead process improvement study and application of vehicle delivery standards, lean principles, and digitalization Create feasibility study and present to management Plan, design, execute activities and monitor progress of project implementation Coordination with logistics service providers to effectively monitor project progress and report results to management Collaborate with Toyota regional affiliates to monitor and improve KPI on safety, quality, delivery compliance, and cost Create monthly report and progress to Toyota regional office
