Are you mechanically inclinded, if so we have a opening for an Emergency Vehicle Technician!
Hours: 7am - 4pm Mon-Friday
Pay: 15.00-23.00 depending on experience
Installing all equipment necessary to modify brand-new vehicles into emergency vehicles. This includes routing and installing wire harnesses, controllers, partitions, auxiliary batteries, light bars, push bumpers, power supplies, component trays, and consoles
Disassembling and reassembling factory vehicles
Being expected to read drawings, including electrical schematics with limited help.
Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment that may require heavy physical duties. Work will involve frequent standing, bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling. Fieldwork may be required at times as well as varying work hours. Some overtime may be required.
Work Experience
Must have some vehicle wiring skills
Attention to Detail
Must have general tools for such as wrenches and drills
Can lift up to 50 pounds
