This role demands expertise in diagnosing,repairing,andmaintainingenginesacrossvariousvehiclesandequipment.AsaMechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity for our vehicles.

+ $22-$24 per hour, based on experience and in alignment with theUnited Service Workers UnionCollectiveBargainingAgreement Payscale.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Performrepairs andreplacementsonengines,ensuringoptimal functionality.
+ AssistA-LevelMechanicinadvanceddiagnosticandrepairtasks,contributingtoefficient workflow.
+ Executeroutine maintenance taskstopreventbreakdownsandoptimize engineperformance.
+ Leaddiagnosticteststoaccuratelyidentifycomplexissuesanddeterminecomprehensiverepairstrategies for engines.
+ Performadvancedtroubleshootingandrepairtasksonengines,includingoverhaulingandrebuilding components to required specifications.
+ Otherdutiesasrequired.
Qualifications:
+ 2 yearsofexperience asa VehicleMechanic.
+ ASEcertificationspreferred.
+ Mechanic’sToolSet
+ Mustbe able toworkshifts orflexible workschedulesasneeded.
+ SubjecttoaDOTdrugtestingandphysicalifapplicable.DOTRegulation49CFRPart40doesnot authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
PhysicalRequirements:

+ Workoutsideinvaryingtemperature,weather,andhumidityconditions.
+ Standforextendedperiods (upto6–8hours perday);frequentlywalkforlongdistances andonpossible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
+ Pushandpullobjectsupto50pounds,occasionallythroughouttheworkday;liftmaterialweighingupto 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
+ Withstandheavytrafficareaswhileperformingthedutiesofthejob;tolerateexposuretoconsiderable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
