Vehicle Program Management Analyst

This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to multiple Current and Forward Model Programs. PM (Program Management) teams are responsible for managing the milestones and deliverables to take vehicles from the concept phase to production. PM workstreams are grouped into four technical pillars:

Program Planning (Develop a winning product proposition and business case) Program Control (Drive on time delivery) Program Studio (Work with studio to define the appearance content with exceptional customer appeal at program cost targets) Prototype, Launch & Plant Vehicle Teams (Support prototype builds, lead PD (Product Development) launch and Plant Vehicle Team processes

Must Have Position Qualifications and Experiences:

Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline+3 Years of expeirence.2+ years of experience within D&R (Design and Release) workstreams, critical thinking and organizational skills.1+ experience planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking a project plan using Project Management tools.Proven experience delivering Program MilestonesSystems Engineering approach.Negotiation – Win/Win outcomes (Conflict Management, Team Building, Consensus Building, Relationship building).Teamwork & interpersonal skills to build strong relationships between program teams, marketing, vehicle operations, finance and suppliers.Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate cross-regional conference calls.Must have exceptional oral and written communication skillsMust have ability to organize and prioritize tasksMust have ability to work well with cross-functional teams and drive issues to closureMust have ability to develop and articulate a POV in a highly collaborative working environmentMust be proficient with Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience on Engineering, Design and InnovationKnowledge of Vehicle development milestones and deliverablesStrong resilience and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenging situations

Preferred Position Qualifications and Experiences:

Master of Science degree2+ years of experience with Program Management workstreams, critical thinking and organizational skills1+ years of experience with Purchasing Control, Cost Estimation or Finance

There are different responsibilities based on the pillar:

Program Planning – Develop and Modify Product Plan based on Program needs, managing Export markets (business cases/content for other markets), full ownership over Emissions requirements and Milestone paper authoringProgram Control – can include managing program timing, program health reports, decision approval forums, program steering team meetings and sourcing (part and tool orders)Program Launch – can include managing change management, launch issue resolution at assembly plant, prototype build process, and plant vehicle team process
