Our Country Sales Managers are the cornerstone of our global organization to drive the “people first” culture and market development within their responsibility area.
YOUR ROLE Join the great team in ACM business unit and our Vehicle Repair & Maintenance segment, directly leading the Italian Sales Team Lead a team of Technical Sales Engineers (TSE’s) passionate about bringing expertise to our customers Coach and develop your team to unlock their full potential Guide your team to bring the best solutions for customers in your sales area to deliver an excellent customer experience while driving sustainable growth Engage with and motivate channel partners to maximize our market coverage and maximize sales opportunities Leverage and further develop the strength of our brands Collaborate with peers (local/regional) and our diverse team to share best-practices and coordinate sales execution, and lead by example when working with other internal stakeholders (customer service, marketing, technical, etc.) Liaise with other teams in Henkel to coordinate their support for your team Committed to achieve your sales ambition together with your team Represent the values of the company thinking in a broad and agile way Lead your team to employ Sales Excellence in their DNA Use CRM and IT tools to manage your new business opportunity pipeline YOUR SKILLS Master’s degree in Management / Engineering / Science or related fields Preferable years of sales experience: 3+ Preferable B2B customer-facing experience Excellent negotiation and communication skills Passion for people development and strong leadership skills Process thinking and solutions-oriented problem solver Collaborative and open mindsetAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
