For our pharmaceutical manufacturing site at Weesp, we're looking for a: **Safety Specialist (EHS Specialist)** **What will you do?** + Implement and monitor compliance with regulations and Abbott EHS Standards + Supporting ISO 45001 Management System activities + Assessing all technical projects to verify compliance with safety elements and accident prevention capabilities + Carrying out general risk assessments and specific risk assessments on site (process safety, machine security, fall protection, chemical risks, etc.); + Conducting inspections, internal audits and safety rounds to monitor safety performance on site + Leading incident investigations together with the site management and preparing the associated reports. **What kind of knowledge and experience do you bring?** + HBO diploma, preferably with a specific training in the field of Safety or Technical Subjects is desired + Preferably work experience in a similar position and work experience in a production environment + You speak and write the Dutch language fluently, or are willing to learn, and also speak-write English. **About us** Abbott Weesp is an important location within the Abbott Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD).
