Our exciting opportunity

We are now recruiting a Marketing Intern for the Velroq Business Unit. Velroq is Sandvik’s  e-commerce-only business providing infrastructure customers with parts and components under the Velroq brand. The Business Unit has been operational for two years and is run as a corporate start-up within the Parts & Services Division. The business unit warehouse and office space is located near the Schiphol airport.

Role: Marketing intern

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Work Schedule: 5 days a week including 1 day to invest in your school assignment if applicable (specific days and hours can be discussed)

From: 1st of February 2025

Location: Nieuw-Vennep / Amsterdam

What are we looking for: A third- or fourth-year student, this can be a work experience internship or a final internship.

During your Internship Period, we would like you to be part of the core team of Velroq and you will support us with our daily activities as well as working on projects.

Activities:

Plan and follow up projects to create marketing material for VelroqTake responsibility for content creation of our social media platformsSupport in crafting email newslettersGet hands-on experience with marketing tools and analyticsCollaborate with Velroq country representatives to create market specific marketing material

What We're Looking For:

A keen interest in marketingStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishCreativity and a willingness to learnBonus: If you’ve worked with social media or content creation, we’d love to hear about it!

Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field.
