The World of Coca-Cola is the only place where you can experience the fascinating story of the world’s best-known beverage brand in a dynamic, multimedia attraction.  

Our Facilities team is currently looking for a Vending Technician to support the beverage operations at the World of Coca-Cola.  This role will cover all areas noted along with any maintenance and repair of vending machines, soda fountains, and Freestyle machines and will be responsible for all PMs and repairs for this equipment. This is a highly visible role and work is often performed in high-traffic guest areas; therefore, the ability to perform tasks and provide basic guest interaction will be expected.  Successful candidates will be a role model for others and will work productively with little supervision.

Maintenance and Repair:

Analyze and troubleshoot all problems with equipment, identify solutions, recommend, and implement methods, procedures, and/or techniques for resolution.Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment and operating systems.Maintain and inspect equipment and ensure it is in satisfactory condition (e.g., clean and sanitize tanks and pipe routing, change water filters, hook up and load/unload materials, clean work areas) according to company policies and proceduresOrder and install equipment as part of regular maintenance and repairConsult and outsource, if needed, repair work to the appropriate vendor(s) to resolve issues outside of expertise    Performs additional duties within scope of the role as assigned by management.

 Inventory Control:

Maintain bag in box (BIB) room/Pavilion/Base Camp/Taste It/Loading dock organizationCheck product levels in vending machines and replenish accordinglyCheck product dates and rotation using first in first out (FIFO) processReceive and store in-coming inventory according to expectations and procedurePerform weekly inventory counts; report shortages and out-of-stocks according to expectations and procedureEnsure supplier/delivery paperwork is accurate and properly filed. Research and resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner.Performs additional duties within scope of the role as assigned by management.

Safety:

Comply with all department and company policies and procedures to include:  safety rules and regulations, recognizing hazards and taking reasonable and appropriate action to report and or resolve.Ability to utilize motorized equipment and vehicles in a safe and cautious manner to perform tasks successfully Remain current on certifications and trainings required to be compliant in roleCompletion of all PM logs and incident reports

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or the equivalentMust have a valid Georgia Drivers’ License and successfully pass the following requirements: MVR and drug screenAbility to lift 50lbs repetitively, with reasonable accommodationAbility to work flexible shifts hours both day and evenings, 7 days per week, and alternate holidays.Basic operating of a computer to include: basic excel knowledge, sending emails, typing word documentsAble to work in hot and cold temperatures5 years- experience or more maintaining vending machines, fountain equipment, Freestyle machines and general warehouse experienceAbility to read and comprehend written and oral instructions.Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with individuals contacted in the course of work including outside vendors, contractors, or suppliers.Familiarity with basic warehousing operations a plus.

Pay Range:

$32,546 - $36,701

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
