Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Vending Room Supervisors to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Vending Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?Responsible for ensuring the vending room is stocked properly, utilizing First In First Out (FIFO) rulesAudit starting and ending inventory before and after the event, informing the Concessions Manager of any discrepanciesManage the replenishing process for vendors throughout the eventAssist the Concessions Manager with staff training and complianceInvestigate and resolve complaints regarding quality, service, or accommodationsEnsure proper transaction handling and tip record-keeping for the shiftAssist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform other duties as assigned

More about youMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesA true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree required

Physical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bend, and squatMay be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures, depending on the season
