Vendor Acquisition Specialist-BGC
Team and Role Introduction:
Job Description This role is expected to manage the end-to-end process from acquisition to incubation of prospective sellers to Lazada platformYou will engage with multiple stakeholders internally and externally, to understand the sellers’ business needs and pain points. You will then identify, strategize, and execute these opportunities to achieve and support sellers’ short term and long-term objectives. Reporting This role will be reporting to the Head of Vendor Acquisition

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of high potential sellers to onboard into the platform. This may include developing strong channels and partnerships to strengthen lead generation
- Maintain good relationships and trust with sellers to understand more about their business, and key success factors
- Educate sellers on Lazada features and conduct pocket sessions with the sellers about the right investment and strategies to grow their business
- Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that the products uploaded by new sellers receive enough visibility in different modules and produce conversion
- Perform excellent account management and assist in sellers’ concerns
- Analyze seller-level information on sales and order performance and tool adoption
