Currently we are looking for a Senior Vendor Compliance Advisor, who will join International Legal/Sourcing Team.

What you will be doing

The Vendor Compliance Advisor is responsible for the creation, maintenance, documentation, and support of documentation and other information regarding vendor relationships with the business.


Responsibilities:

Onboard new vendors including initial due diligence and risk assessmentsMaintain and update vendor records and assisting with the vendor management solution and vendor onboarding processCompletes periodic vendor due diligence and risk assessmentsProvide ongoing vendor oversight, such as the re-credentialing of existing vendors, including ensuring data integrityParticipates in vendor scorecard processAssist with exception requestsDevelop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both business stakeholders and vendorsParticipate in reviewing work processes with Sourcing managementDevelop, maintain, and review policies and procedures in alignment with current Sourcing and Compliance program requirementsMentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team What will make you successful

Minimum Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the jobExperience with administrative processes, vendor or contractor performance reviews, and complianceStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skillsStrong collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasSharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitudeStrong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentStrong ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidanceStrong ability to operate at the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and forthrightnessStrong ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologiesMicrosoft Office proficientOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
