ROLE OVERVIEW: 

 

The purpose of the role is to coordinate and manage vendor activity, measure vendor performance and align the vendor performance with supply and demand forecasts

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Weekly review of vendor performance Accurate reporting of vendor performance and supporting vendors to remain within agreed service levelsGenerating and communicating activity forecastsManagement of P2P process with respect to vendorsHandover of products to logistics for onward distributionCoordinating retail demand vs capacity with escalation where neededReplenishment of goods and components to vendorsManagement of any VAS requirementsPartnering with the following stakeholders:Operational and supply chain teamsExisting or new vendors and suppliersFinance partnersLogistics and retail services 
 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

3-5 years relevant Vendor or Supply chain experience

Experience working in a dynamic and often fast paced environment

Strong communication skills

Proficient at MS office applications

Experienced using ERP software 

Familiar with P2P process, common defects and tracking performance 

Comfortable working remotely with vendors and as part of a wider supply chain team 

Accurate data collection, analysis and reporting.
