Vendor Coordinator
About The RoleThe Vendor Coordinator will assist our Business Development team with various account management needs that support the sales process and procurement of consigned luxury goods. The Vendor Coordinator will work cross functionally with various departments on incoming products arriving via our vendor channels. Responsibilities include managing & tracking leads, qualifying leads, quality assurance, investigating complex admin issues, data entry within multiple systems, client outreach, inventory management, and reporting/ analysis.

What You Get To Do Every Day

Administrative account management activities such as Excel uploads, reporting/ analytics for various vendor channels

Assist the Business Development team in facilitating the sales process and procuring consigned goods

Complete vendor outreach via email and phone, including but not limited to pricing templates, discounting/re-pricing on-hand inventory and RTVs (Return to Vendor)

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Merchandising, and Fulfillment teams on incoming/outgoing products from various vendor channels

Ensure incoming products are photographed correctly and the copywriting for the products are accurate

Manage and track leads using CRM systems while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Investigate vendor leads & referrals and quantifying upside potential 

Provide ongoing customer service and help resolve any issues

Prioritize competing day-to-day priorities to ensure that all business objectives are met

Manage Virtual Process on behalf of BDM: New business model and platform whereby the VC will be responsible for QC’ing virtual uploads direct from Vendor through the new platform and post launch management.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of administrative experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, LinkedIn

Strong customer service skills

High sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Proficiency with Salesforce

Ability to work independently with limited oversight

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset

Adaptability and openness to change

The expected hourly rate for this role is 24.95-28.08. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
